The certificate can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. It is IMPORTANT to note that the appointment booking and the appointment itself must be made within 12 months of the date of purchase. It is also important to allow a minimum of 14 days from the appointment booking to the date of the appointment. If the appointment is made at the last minute and the 14 day period exceeds the 12 month period (from the date of purchase) this certificate will unfortunately be EXPIRED and unusable. There are no refunds or exchanges and you cannot change the name of the person once you have received the gift certificate. This certificate is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

The Loyalty Card

**Loyalty Card**
To thank my clients for their trust, a loyalty program is offered after you accumulate five (5) appointments.
When your five appointments are of different lengths, your loyalty reward is calculated based on the value of the shortest appointment among those accumulated.
**Examples:**
• If you have completed 2 appointments of 30 minutes, 2 appointments of 60 minutes, and 1 appointment of 90 minutes, your reward will be 4 free questions.
• If you have completed 2 appointments of 60 minutes and 3 appointments of 90 minutes, your reward will be 30 minutes.
The loyalty reward is strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. To be eligible, packages must be purchased at the regular price. The reward cannot be assigned, gifted, or shared with a friend, family member, or any other person.
You have two (2) years from the date of issuance to claim and use your reward. After this period, it will automatically expire.
The loyalty program renews every two years unless you have earned your reward before then. Once your reward has been granted, a new cycle of accumulating five appointments begins toward earning your next reward.
